    Service Description: The 25 year Highways PFI contract is delivered by Island Roads and commenced in April 2013. The Project encompasses all aspects of highway services relating to the adopted highway network including road surfacing, drainage, street lighting, kerbs, footways, grass verges, signs, bus shelters, etc.
