Service Description: Responsible for promoting the council’s policies and enhancing its overall corporate image through leading, developing and implementing the council’s communications and PR strategy. We are responsible for developing and maintaining effective external communication (including media liaison) between the council, partners and the community and effective internal communication with staff and members. We also manage the council's social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
