Isle of Wight Council is switching banks!
The bank switch will happen on 1 September 2017.
If you ever make the following types of payments to the council:
- Online banking transfers
- ‘Faster payments’ (online)
- Telephone banking payments
- Over the counter payments
- Standing Orders

Please note: If you pay the council by Direct Debit, this will automatically be transferred – you don’t need to do anything!

For all businesses that invoice the council please be aware that our PO Box address has changed.
Please send invoices to: Isle of Wight Council, PO Box 235, Newport, Isle of Wight, PO30 9FJ.
Or better still, why not email PDF invoices or credit notes (if appropriate) to us: creditor.payments@iow.gov.uk stating that you will not be sending paper document anymore. This written notification is an HMRC and council requirement. To learn more about this service change please click here.
