You will then be required to enter your debtor invoice reference number in the row with the heading of ‘Debtor Invoice’ before clicking ‘Get Balances.’ Payments are updated against individual accounts as part of an overnight process, therefore you should allow 1 - 2 working days for your account balance to be updated
