Also known as: CAST, Children's Referrals, Childrens Duty & Assessment Team, CRT, MASH, Referral and Assessment, Social Work Assessments, Worried About A Child

Service Description: Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) and Childrens Reception Team (CRT) handle all initial enquiries relating to requests for information, services and concerns about the welfare or safety of children and young people.

Enquiries may be from other agencies or members of the public regarding any child or younger person between the ages of 0-18 years, including unborn children, or children with a disability up to the age of 25.
