Housing (Registered Provider) Tenant Enquiries/Complaints

Service Description: This service page is to log complaints for tenants who are in homes owned by the Isle of Wight Council.

Any enquiries relating to housing management or maintenance issues should be signposted to Southern Housing who provide these services. Tenants should call the service centre on 0300 303 1066 or email Hello@southernhousing.org.uk

Complaints are dealt with by the council and should be logged using the formal complaints tab
