Business / Commercial Waste

This service is part of our development to improve our website and can now be found on our new beta website. 

All businesses have a duty to organise and pay for regular waste collections. A business can be requested to show evidence of what provision they have for waste collections and may be subject to legal action if they do not have appropriate plans in place.  You must deal responsibly with any waste your business produces in England, this is known as your 'duty of care'.
