Service Description: Corporate Estate Management is responsible for the day-to-day management for a wide variety of the Isle of Wight Council’s property assets (both freehold and leasehold). Some of the services and areas of work undertaken by the Corporate Estate Management Team include dealing with landlord and tenant issues, boundary disputes (IWC owned land only), Shared Ownership enquiries, negotiating property rights, private car parks, initiate and co-ordinate the registration of land owned by IWC and managing the Isle of Wight Council’s Property Management database.
