Following significant investment, our newly refurbished Gouldings Resource Centre in Freshwater needs you. A scenic 20-minute journey from Newport and directly on a main bus route.

 

We are looking to recruit a permanent Domestic Support member of staff to join us to deliver outstanding reablement support alongside crisis and respite care to the 23 people who use our services.

 

You will work within the home delivering high standard of cleanliness adhering to infection prevention and control policies and procedures as well as COSHH and health and safety. The role is a rewarding, dynamic and versatile and successful candidates will be empathetic, positive and caring.

 

We will provide you with unrivalled support through supervision and a fantastic learning and development offer.

 

We are committed to ensuring all staff recognise that safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and that there are processes in place to safeguard individuals who access services in their areas. 

 

We work closely with local partners and are responsible for ensuring that effective systems are in place to safeguard adults and children at risk.
