Variable hours per week

Grade 3 to 10, subject to role confirmed within the selection and appointment process.

  • HR Administrator: Grade 3, £12.65 per hour
  • HR Officer: Grade 5, £13.26 per hour or Grade 6, £13.47 per hour
  • Trainee/Assistant HR Advisor: Grade 7, £14.37 per hour
  • HR Advisor: Grade 10, £19.07 per hour

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Human Resources team supporting the delivery of an effective and efficient HR service across the Council and Island schools.

 

We are seeking to grow our HR Casual Support Bank which will include a variety of role opportunities, subject to candidates’ skills, knowledge, experience, and availability. Potential roles to recruit to will include:

 

  • HR Administrator
  • HR Officer
  • Trainee / Assistant HR Advisor
  • HR Advisor

 

We are seeking proactive and experienced individuals who have:

 

  • A solution focused mindset
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent IT and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to effectively multi-task
  • An ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A willingness to work flexibly
  • A good understanding of the key elements of HR
