Term time only plus 2 INSET days 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday Hay Scale 4A-E (actual Salary £19,236—£20,328) (pay award pending)

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, well-organised and motivated experienced school administrator to join our fabulous school team. The successful applicant will play a key role in the efficient running of the school, providing a high level of administrative support, maintaining the school’s management information system and acting as the first point of contact in school in an organised and professional manner. The School Administrator provides administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team comprising of the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher and School Business Manager.

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and confidence are essential in this role which involves liaising with parents, staff, governors and children. Good knowledge of school systems is desirable. The successful candidate will need to be able to work independently using their own initiative and be proactive and forward-thinking in ensuring the smooth running of the front office, with training and support from the School Business Manager.
