Hours: 37 per week

A new and exciting opportunity to be part of the new Review Team in Adult Social Care.

This role is to support social workers and social work assistants to deliver reviews by:

-       Booking appointments.

-       Delivering and extracting information.

-       Tracking through multiple systems.

-       Liaise with other professionals.

 

You will support the data collection and management process including inputting, obtaining, and compiling statistics from a range of databases and sources to support each of the team members.

 

You will also research and assist with completing checks with finance, agencies, carers, and chronologies to provide detail to social workers and social work assistants, to complete their reviews and perform desktop reviews, providing an overview to the Social Workers and Senior Social Worker for their outcome consideration.

PLEASE NOTE: Out of Hours Standby and Call Out

You will be required to take part in the Out of Hours Stand-by Duty Rota as and when requested by management.  Standby and call out duties are paid in accordance with the IWC Terms and Conditions 2012 document.

Relocation: For some vacancies (subject to criteria) a relocation scheme of up to £8,000 may be available if you are specifically relocating to the Isle of Wight to work with us, or if you choose to commute to the Isle of Wight daily, you may be eligible to have some travel costs reimbursed.
