We are seeking to recruit to our new in-house occupational health service.

This is an excellent opportunity to 
be part of the ongoing development of our occupational health and wellbeing service for the council and our island schools.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable skills, knowledge and experience in an occupational health clinical setting along with holding relevant qualifications.


We are seeking a proactive and experienced individual who is solution focused and able to:


Promote and maintain a good health & wellbeing climate within the workplace
Deliver a high quality, consistent and effective clinical lead occupational health service
Develop and implement occupational health policies, practices aligned to organisational needs
Work in partnership with the external Occupational health provider and other stakeholders
