Following significant investment, our newly refurbished Gouldings resource centre in Freshwater needs you!

A scenic 20-minute journey from Newport and directly on a main bus route, we are looking to recruit a permanent and casual Domestic Support Members to join us deliver outstanding Reablement support alongside crisis and respite care to the 23 people who use our Services.

You will work within the home delivering high standard of cleanliness adhering to Infection Prevention and Control Policies and procedure as well as COSHH and Health and Safety.

The role is a rewarding, dynamic and versatile and successful candidates will be empathetic, positive and caring.

We will provide you with unrivalled support through supervision and a fantastic learning and development offer.

A good knowledge of literacy and numeracy is also essential but again, we can help you there if you need.

PLEASE NOTE: Out of Hours Standby and Call Out

You will be required to take part in the Out of Hours Stand-by Duty Rota as and when requested by management.  Standby and call out duties are paid in accordance with the IWC Terms and Conditions 2012 document.
