We have a great opportunity to join our brand-new team as a Housing Delivery Manager on the Isle of Wight!

 

This role will allow the right candidate to showcase effective leadership skills to support delivery of the Council’s housing aspirations. This is a challenging position, so we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic manager who can bring a wealth of knowledge in this sector to ensure our plans for the future of housing on the Isle of Wight become reality for our community.

 

The successful candidate will:

- Deliver a portfolio of work programmes

- Engage and manage multiple relationships with internal and external stakeholders including the local community

- Manage the Empty Property function

 

This role demands experience of successful project delivery and excellent communication skills. A commitment to providing high standards of customer service and the skill and discipline to deliver a large and varied workload is essential.
