Are you looking for a new fun exciting career working with young people? Then Beaulieu House is the perfect place for you. We are currently recruiting for Support Workers in both our Children’s Home and Short Breaks service.

Beaulieu House is a children's home and short breaks service for children with disabilities located in Newport Isle of Wight. Our recent Ofsted inspection graded us as 'Good'. As a support worker at Beaulieu House, you will have the opportunity to have a positive impact and improve the quality of life of our young people. We always are trying to offer our young person the chance to develop independence through life skills. We also want to make sure our young people have fun and access new experiences. We are child led and are always looking for activities for the individual, we and our young people have had great fun accessing Legoland, Island attractions, Marwell Zoo and much more.

 

We are looking for passionate and proactive support workers to join our team in the children's home and short breaks service at Beaulieu House. This rewarding role involves supporting children with behaviours that challenge and complex medical needs to achieve their full potential.

The role is suitable for anyone who has a passion for supporting young people with developing independence and enriching their lives through activities and experiences. Our staff team come from all different backgrounds and level of experience. Some have lots of experience in the care or social sector and some come with no experience. At Beaulieu House we offer a wide range of training opportunities to support our staff team with their own personal development.
