We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a flair for customer care, to work in the unique environment of Cowes Floating Bridge, including the operation of the ferry, collection of tolls and other general tasks.
The ferry is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; therefore, shifts will include day, night and weekend working.
- You will need to have considerable experience of working with the public or with a people orientated organisation.
-You will need basic literacy and numeric skills and be expected to demonstrate a confident, customer friendly and responsible attitude to all tasks undertaken.
- You must be physically able to undertake the duties of the role and be willing to work outdoors.
