Community Outreach which includes Reablement are looking to appoint Community Support Workers Island wide.
You will play a key role in supporting to deliver a high-quality service, which has a person-centred approach and actively supports and maximises their independence. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a good understanding of working in a domiciliary setting. This is a very rewarding role and is ideally suited to both who are experienced and those who are new to Caring.
As part of an enthusiastic team and a fulfilling role, you will benefit from shift-based pay, rather than contact time as well as guaranteed hours per week plus overtime. You will be working on a shift basis across the island with the Outreach team which is based at Sandown. However, your start location will be either Newport or Ryde.
This post is for an essential car user however you may have access to a pool car (full manual car licence preferred).
Full UK licence and own vehicle is essential.
Business use car insurance will be a required as your personal vehicle will be used in connection with your employment, when a pool car is unavailable.
