Wroxall Primary is looking to appoint an inspirational sports coach to join our forward thinking, hardworking team. This is an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth and development. We can offer a spacious, modern learning environment, a supportive team and an opportunity to make a difference to children’s lives. We pride ourselves on being a small, caring primary school with big aspirations for the future. This post requires an outstanding, committed individual who can motivate and inspire children to be the best of themselves both in sports activities and within the classroom.

The post will include setting up the school hall for lunch and leading PE for children during lunchtime, delivering afternoon sports lessons and organising and running sporting after-school clubs and fixtures. Additional hours worked for competitions/fixtures will be paid by overtime or agreed as time off in lieu.

Qualifications at an appropriate level to provide this support will be key to the role, however additional training can be provided.

This post could be extended to include a Learning Support Assistant role for the right candidate.

Wroxall Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
