Service Description: The Human Resource Advisory Service consists of a number of professionally qualified individuals who provide advice and guidance to managers and staff in relation to employment practices, employee relations, organisational development, workforce planning, people resourcing, equality and diversity and health, safety and welfare.
The service has an integral role to play in underpinning the achievement of all the council’s stated corporate priorities through the delivery of culture change, staff engagement and the provision of the necessary policy framework through which the employment relationship is conducted.
