Claims with incident dates after the 1 April 2013

Any claims with incident dates after the 1 April 2013 will be the responsibility of Island Roads (Highways PFI project) rather than the Isle of Wight Council and therefore any claims should be sent to them. Claims with incident dates before the 1 April 2013 are now time barred by the Limitation Act.
