Relevant IW Council polices

There are many policies that control how information is managed within the Isle of Wight council. With regards to the processing and storage of the Isle of Wight Council’s information, please view the documents listed below:

• The Access to information policy describes how the council manages the rights of access under the Freedom of Information Act, Environmental Information Regulations and the General Data Protection Regulation.
