    Service Description: The Heights Health Suite includes steam room, sauna, spa pool and cold spray shower. It’s a great way to relax and unwind.

    The steam room and sauna work in the same way, raising body temperature and producing perspiration that cleans the pores of the skin, leaving you feeling refreshed.

    The spa pool introduces the body to invigorating bubbles, helping to relax and revitalise those aching limbs.
