Adelaide Overview

The Adelaide is situated in Ryde and is a purpose built resource centre.  We are registered with the Care Quality Commission, offering a high standard of care by trained and experience staff in a comfortable environment.  We have a positive approach to person centred care and promotion of independence.  We work closely with GPs, District Nurses and other Health and Social care professionals to maintain client’s wellbeing.  Clients have access to chiropody and bathing facilities.

We are a reablement service offering support to people on discharge from hospital to enable them to return home independently or support with a package of care.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspected The Adelaide on 14 May 2019 and rated the service as ‘requires improvement’. You can read the latest CQC report on The Adelaide here.
