Ryde Library is home to Children's and adults' books, large print books, talking books on CD, DVDs, reference collection, newspapers, photocopying, free internet access, free WIFI, free computer access. Ryde Library also has a gallery space for art exhibitions and holds weekly Rhymetimes and Storytimes.

Ryde Library is also the home of the Ryde Help Centre.
