Service Description: In 2012, the Government’s Transport White Paper ‘Creating Growth, Cutting Carbon’ announced the establishment of the Local Sustainable Transport Fund (LSTF) and invited local authorities to develop transport related bids to help build strong local economies and address the challenges of climate change.
