Short Breaks Facilities



Service Description: The Short Breaks team on the Isle of Wight provides a range of exciting facility provisions for children and young people with disabilities and/or additional needs and their families to access throughout the duration of the year.

Currently Short Breaks have the following facilities available for children and young people and their families:

Short Breaks Caravan - Park Resorts, Lower Hyde, Shanklin, Isle of Wight, PO37 7LL
