Question: Having paid online for my council owned let is it then possible to view the balance of my account online?

Answer: Yes. If you wish to know the balance of your account you should follow the link below You will then be required to enter your debtor invoice reference number in the row with the heading of ‘Debtor Invoice’ before clicking ‘Get Balances.’
Payments are updated against individual accounts as part of an overnight process, therefore you should allow 1 - 2 working days for your account balance to be updated

Question: Is it possible to pay for my lettings rental online?

Answer: Yes. If you rent light Industrial Units/ Car Parking Spaces/ Offices/ Concessions and wish to pay online, you will need to have your debtor account number at hand. You should then follow the link below in order to proceed with your payment.

Please note that the Council does not store any Card details.
