Service Description: Newport and Ryde Help Centres are now open for **Pre-booked Appointments Only**

The Help Centres provides assistance and support to local residents to use digital sources, directing customers to use online transactions through a number of self service options available at this site with some direct support. This then leaves the face-to-face advice for those in greatest need. Assistance and support through digital channels is provided with regards to a wide range of Council services which include, Housing Benefit and Local Council Tax Support, Council Tax, Blue Badge and Waste Collection.

The Help Centre service provides assistance to the resident in relation to advice, information, and transactional activity with council services. Details on each of the Help Centre locations is available from the tabs above.
